Our Story

Welcome to The Gathering Café, a culinary haven with roots tracing back to its origin as the Delightful Café. Founded by Samone and her late husband Michael, this café has a rich history and a deep-seated passion for French cuisine.

 

Originally named the Delightful Café, the restaurant underwent a transformation fueled by Samone's unwavering commitment to creating a space that goes beyond culinary excellence. Inspired by a love for French gastronomy and a penchant for crafting exquisite crepes, the couple established a culinary sanctuary that resonates with a unique quality.

Following Michael's passing, Samone embarked on a journey to redefine the cafe's identity. The Gathering Cafe emerged as a place where individuals come together to embrace life, share laughter, nurture love, and find solace in worship—all while savoring delectable, French-inspired cuisine. Joining her team would be the exquisite crepe chef, Martin. Martin has added a taste of his own country to the menu. Offering freshly made pozole and chorizo burrito crepes, we have combined the delicious flavors of Mexico with our French cuisine.
